You’ll be the first human voice our customers hear after they purchase. Welcome every new buyer, walk them through what they ordered, explain the protocol, and make sure they feel confident from day one.
About the Role
Call every new buyer within 24–48 hours of their purchase
Walk each customer through their products — what it does, how to use it, what to expect
Complete a basic intake questionnaire with the customer in IntakeQ
Document notes, flag concerns, ensure each customer has a complete intake profile
Coordinate with the clinical team when questions exceed your scope
What We’re Looking For
Genuine enthusiasm for peptides, longevity, and functional wellness
Strong phone presence: warm, professional, able to explain complex topics simply
1–2+ years in healthcare, wellness, patient coordination, or customer success
Highly coachable, positive attitude, comfortable in a fast-moving company
Compensation
Salaried, part-time with a clear path to full-time as the team grows. Compensation commensurate with experience.
You’re a relationship builder and a natural closer who sells by educating. Stay connected with existing customers, check in on their progress, and introduce them to other peptides and protocols that could help them reach their goals.
